The “well qualified and passionate” professors are “very involved in their fields” and “usually accessible and reasonable about their workload.” “They all have connections within the research community or the private work sector.” The academic load can be challenging, but if you take advantage of all the available resources around it’s definitely manageable!” “It is possible to do well in class and be involved in clubs and sports.” Overall, CWRU “is very good at producing students prepared to excel in their career, especially within engineering, medicine, and business.” The university “offers great scholarships and has fantastic research opportunities.” A finance major reports she decided to attend because “it was affordable, prestigious, in an awesome environment, and the people here were all so genuine when I came to visit.” All in all, students really feel that CWRU is a university on the rise.
